(“Farlie Turner”), a leading investment bank serving middle market clients, is pleased to announce that it served as exclusive advisor to FlashBanc, LLC (“FlashBanc”) in its sale to Celero Commerce (“Celero”), a portfolio company of LLR Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
