Fort Lauderdale, FL - Fort Lauderdale-based investment banking firm Farlie Turner & Co. announced today that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Quantum Fine Casework, LLC, in its sale to Dallas-based private equity firm Wingate Partners. Prior to its sale, the manufacturer of high-quality store fixtures headquartered in Weston, had operated as a portfolio company of Palm Beach Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
An industry leader, Quantum Fine Casework specializes in building large volumes of high-end customized fixtures primarily for the cosmetic, department store and specialty retail markets providing fixtures that are complex in design, composed of multiple materials and integrated with electrical components and lighting.
