Farlie Turner Advises Las Vegas Color Graphics on Recapitalization with Private Equity Firm
Fort Lauderlale, FL - Fort Lauderdale-based investment banking firm Farlie Turner & Co. announced today that it had served as exclusive financial advisor to Las Vegas Color Graphics, Inc. in its recent recapitalization. Las Vegas Color Graphics is the largest privately owned, full-service sheet-fed commercial printing company in Southern Nevada. The Decatur Group, a Denver-based private equity firm, provided the equity financing for the recapitalization. As part of the transaction, Haynes Chidsey and Peter Pak of the Decatur Group have joined the board of directors of Las Vegas Color Graphics, which will continue to be managed on a day-to-day basis by the Scheffler Family.
